Built around your business

Hands-on help. Clear next steps.

We start with how your business actually works: where leads arrive, how your team follows up, and what slows delivery down. Then we scope a useful improvement and help you put it to work.

Before we talk

A few good
questions.

Can you help us set up a CRM?

Yes. CloudLink can help choose and configure a CRM, organize existing contacts, set up a sales pipeline and connect supported forms, chat and follow-up tools. We can also improve an existing CRM. Data migration, integrations and team training are scoped before work begins.

What does CloudLink do for small businesses?

CloudLink helps small and medium businesses improve lead response, follow-up and everyday operations with practical AI and automation. We also build straightforward websites and improve search visibility. Work begins with an agreed problem, scope and next step.

What is speed to lead?

Speed to lead is the time between a potential customer reaching out and your business responding. We can help capture inquiries, route them to the right person and prepare a useful first response. The workflow and review steps are agreed with your team.

What is AEO, and how is it different from SEO?

Answer engine optimization (AEO) means making your business information easy to understand and use in answers from search and AI tools. Search engine optimization (SEO) improves how search engines discover and understand your site. The foundations overlap: clear service descriptions, helpful answers, crawlable pages and accurate business details.

What is included in an AEO or SEO project?

We agree on the pages and questions that matter to your customers, check crawling and indexing basics, improve the content and internal links, and add relevant structured data that matches what visitors can see. After launch, we review available search and inquiry data. Rankings, AI citations and a fixed number of leads are not guaranteed.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. Bring a problem you understand. We’ll work through whether AI, automation, a better use of your existing tools, or a simpler process is the right fit.

Will I have to replace my current software?

We start with what you already use. We check integration options before agreeing to a build. If an existing tool can solve the problem, that may be the recommendation.

Can I just get help with my website?

Yes. Websites and search visibility can be standalone projects. There is no requirement to buy an AI package or ongoing subscription.

What happens after the Bottleneck Check?

You receive one recommendation, a first step and an estimated cost in writing within two business days. You can take it from there yourself or discuss a scoped project. There is no obligation to continue.

Will AI send things or make decisions for me?

We agree on the review steps before building. Workflows that send messages or change business records include client approval steps in their scope. You decide who reviews the work and what can happen next.

What access do you need to get started?

The first conversation does not require access to your systems. If a project needs business data or account access, we agree on the minimum access and handling before work starts. Please keep sensitive customer information out of the inquiry form.
